Participation Rules

  • Participants may register for multiple events as long as their schedules do not conflict. Check the Schedule page for timing.
  • Team sports such as Soccer, Basketball, 3x3 Street Basketball, Volleyball, Foosball, Pickleball, and Dodge Ball require a full roster. Individual registrations may be assigned to teams by organizers.
  • Individual sports and activities such as Chess, Mancala, Trivia, and Corn Hole are single-entry per age group.
  • Adult 25+ Soccer, Basketball, and Volleyball divisions are women only.
  • All participants must check in at the registration desk on their first event day at least 30 minutes before their first scheduled event.
  • Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes after event start may forfeit that match or round. No refunds are issued for missed events.
  • Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian present on campus during all events.

Schedule & Results Policy

  • The schedule is subject to change. Always check the Schedule page before heading to your event.
  • Results are updated on the Results page after each event or at the end of each day depending on the sport.
  • If you believe there is a scoring error, notify an event official within 30 minutes of the result being posted. After the dispute window, results are final.
  • Awards are presented at the Closing Ceremony on Sunday afternoon.
